Will Grayson, Will Grayson is one of the most meaningful “happy” books within teen literature today. John Green and David Levithan write seamlessly together. Told from two perspectives, Will Grayson, Will Grayson explores the meanings of love, friendship, and identity. When Will Grayson meets another boy named Will Grayson under uncanny circumstances the lives of both boys are forever altered: distant, yet inter-webbed, each Will Grayson is able to obtain his own, unique form of clarity through the other. And in the middle of it all, Tiny Cooper, a boisterous, gay teen, pulls at the invisible strings of life to create unity, in a world were solitude seems safer. It is a refreshing and unique novel, which I would highly recommend to anyone.
